Compliance in Technology Transfer – How to Safeguard the Interests of Researchers and the University

<PLEASE NOTE THE VENUE IS CHANGED!>
This seminar will address the evolving landscape of compliance within the realm of technology transfer, equipping participants with the latest insights and best practices in a university setting with relevant case studies. Both professors and administrative staff of the Faculty are encouraged to attend this seminar.
At TTO, the goal is to assist staff of the University to achieve academic recognition and be rewarded financially through protection and commercialisation of their works. To achieve this, all stakeholders should stay vigilant and not overlook common pitfalls in the process of generating intellectual property rights.
At HKUMed TTU, our roles are in safeguarding, facilitating the exchange, and commercialising the technologies generated within the faculty. We aim to serve as a gateway, providing easy access to the intellectual resources cultivated by the Faculty, with the ultimate goal of fostering the economic and social well-being of the communities around us.
