E-SENSE’s Dr Russell Chan Elected to eHealth Consortium Preventive Medicine SIG

Congratulations to Dr Russell W. Chan, Co-Founder & CEO of E-SENSE Innovation & Technology, on his election as a committee member of the eHealth Consortium Special Interest Group (SIG) on Preventive Medicine and Continuous Health Monitoring「預防醫學及持續健康監測專業委員會」!

Formally established on 15 October 2026, the SIG aims to position Hong Kong as a leading Asia-Pacific hub for policy advocacy, standards development, and industry collaboration in preventive medicine and continuous health monitoring — supporting the government’s vision of “early prevention, early detection, early management” in primary healthcare.

We are pleased to see HKU-connected innovators and partners advancing accessible MedTech solutions such as VitoCheck, and contributing to the broader ecosystem that translates biomedical research into real-world preventive health impact.
