Empowering Future Innovators: #HKUMed Students Embark on Jiangsu #Internship Journey! 🚀✨

We are thrilled to announce that our talented students have embarked on an exciting summer internship programme across Jiangsu Province, gaining valuable real-world experience in key tech and innovation hubs!

The journey kicked off on 24th July at the official Departure Ceremony (聯合出發禮) held at 金陵長樂坊, where our cohort joined alongside fellow Hong Kong students to mark the start of this transformative immersion programme.

 Following the kickoff, our students split into two dedicated streams to begin their placements:

• Nanjing Stream: Welcomed on Monday morning at the SUMEC Building (蘇美達大廈). 
• Suzhou Stream: Welcomed on Monday afternoon at the Suzhou Youth Centre (蘇州青年中心).

Through these large-scale internship opportunities launched in partnership with regional platforms, our students are gaining hands-on exposure to cutting-edge industries, enterprise innovation, and cross-border tech development. The initiative has already garnered significant attention across mainstream local news outlets! 📰✨

A huge thank you to the local governments, organisers, and partner enterprises for opening their doors to our students. We look forward to seeing our future healthcare and tech innovators thrive throughout this programme!
