Dr. Chuen Yan LEUNG is Partner (Private Investments) at Value Partners Group, one of Asia’s leading independent asset management firms, and Managing Partner of Silver Dart Capital, a boutique healthcare investment firm.

His experience spans private equity, biotechnology startups, and academia, including roles as an investment professional at EQT Group, a global top-tier private equity firm, and founding scientist at Procella Therapeutics, a Sweden-based stem cell therapeutics startup.

Dr. Leung serves as Non-Executive Director of Insilico Medicine (3696.HK), Non-Executive Director of Phase Scientific, and Vice President of the Hong Kong Biotechnology Organization.

He holds a PhD in Stem Cell Biology from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Biochemistry from Imperial College London.
