HKUMed Technology Transfer Unit (TTU) is pleased to celebrate the achievements of two MedTech startup teams from our community, who have advanced to the Semi-Finals of the Hong Kong MedTech Innovation World Cup®2026:

  • Conova Medical Technology Limited – led by Dr 况熙和 (Xihe Kuang), Chief Medical Engineer

  • E-SENSE Innovation & Technology – led by Dr Russell W. Chan, CEO & Co-Founder

Both teams will pitch their cutting-edge MedTech solutions live in Hong Kong, alongside other outstanding startups, to an international jury of experts. 

Their participation highlights the growing strength of HKUMed’s innovation ecosystem and the translational impact of our research.

We look forward to seeing their technologies progress towards real-world application and create meaningful impact on future healthcare.
