The Technology Transfer Office (TTO) of The University of Hong Kong will host a seminar on intellectual property (IP) strategies for digital health innovations powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).

Led by industry experts from Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP, including Dr Roger Kuan, the session will explore current best practices in protecting, commercialising and scaling AI/ML-driven healthcare technologies.

This seminar is particularly relevant for researchers, entrepreneurs, clinicians, and innovators interested in:

  • Patent strategies and prosecution for AI/ML digital health solutions
  • Commercialisation pathways and regulatory considerations
  • Practical approaches to safeguarding innovation in a rapidly evolving landscape

All HKU staff and students, as well as external participants, are welcome to attend.
