The Techno-Entrepreneur Mixer Day held on March 27, 2024, at SR609, 6/F, William M.W. Mong Block, Faculty of Medicine Building, 21 Sassoon Road, was a successful event attended by participants from commercial sectors in different fields, HKUMed researchers, and the Dean of Medicine.
The event featured presentations by two esteemed HKUMed alumni and a panel discussion with experienced investors, focusing on strategies for discovering biotech unicorns in Hong Kong. The engaging sessions were followed by a casual lunch gathering, fostering networking opportunities among attendees. A guided tour to HKUMed Research Core Facilities afterward.
The event received a positive response, with an impressive attendance rate of 78%, among 81 participants actively engaging in the discussions and networking opportunities.
